I thought it was Church Street as well. Is that not the Town Hall peeping through the roof tops?

Certainly looks like their windows Bernie ... and two turrets on a building like that on Church Street.

He is being cute though, and the question is 'Which building was the photo taken from ?'. Ok. I'll start off with The Warners.

The red brick building looks really familiar, spent ages trying to think where i had seen it. Is it not the building that can be seen from the railway beer garden? (not been in since last summer so cant remember if it was there or not) and if that the case the white building in the background would be the social services building on union street....I think

SO would say its taken from a roof of a building nr there, maybe railway or something

General Drapers on the Gable rings a bell with me, could be Abbey Street, but not sure. Can't remember seeing anything like that In Ossy Bernard, looking in the bottom right hand corner, sure the date is 1995 and there's a lot of buildings gone since then

June 1995 is when I took the picture.

in Ossy. The Town Hall is not on it either.
