It does initially look like it could be Piccadilly where Woolworths was built .. but the chimneys don't seem to match ..but know you will take great pleasure in telling me I am wrong .... :D

This is just "by the by" and please do correct me if I am wrong Katex, but I honestly thought the block of buildings from Dutton Street to St James Street was known as Piccadilly, NOT the block from Dutton Street to Church Street. I could be wrong though????
