What was it called in 1914, there was a big sign on it.
That picture I put up was 1920, when it was put up for sale.

Thwaites's Brewery ... they owned the Railway and will have records ... looks like they don't know either as no reponse yet ...think will resort to blackmail it they don't reply .. good story for LET .. 'Non Caring Brewery' in local interest/history of their properties from the people who have supported their beer all these years, etc... guess would be frontpage :D :eek:
