Ah, yes...it all becomes clear to me now........I can see what would be the Railway pub in the background of the picture.

If you look on the attached 1911 Census list it states 36 Willow Street a temperance Hotel run by Mrs Nolan.

Have no knowledge at all of this place as temperance was never me strongest suit.:D

Nolans' Commercial Hotel
 
Not too sure on this one, but there was certainly some form of "eating house" owned by Nolans, at the bottom of Church Street, which was described as an eating house/restaurant (this was just lower down than where Moffitts was at the lower end).
