Nolans' Commercial Hotel
This is shown on a postcard advertised on eBay of a church procession. Anyone know where it was?

Re: Nolans' Commercial Hotel
I would have had a look, but the link takes me to the home page of E-Bay.

Go into eBay and search for Accrington Collectables.

The Hotel is at the end of Willow Street and the Hotel in the background is the one on Blackburn Road.
If you look on the attached 1911 Census list it states 36 Willow Street a temperance Hotel run by Mrs Nolan. |

I would have thought that you could have posted a link to the correct page and then I wouldn't have to search for something that you wanted an answer to. |

The top pic is Union Street Methodists - see the only post on this thread http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/f...urch-3124.html for a similar view. |
