trying to give up my self AB i have had 3 today though :-(

maybe i should see if the observer wants to do a story on my giving up ime pretty sure it will make better reading than peter britcliffs gving up diary

i think i am better locking myself away from civilisation until the cravings are gone i am one bad tempered irratable son of a bitch when i try giving up :D
