It would be pretty easy to cheat on this one wouldn't it? But I can't resist a music quiz and it's not a true test of musical knowledge if ya cheat!!
That said, scrap Thomas Dolby - I think it's (something like) "Rockwell", but I think it was out about the same year as Dolby (early 80's)
