Me too, as a young impressionable randy youth! Not quite as long ago as you o venerable one, but the end result was pretty similar I recall. It was so good that when we got dropped off at the "Old Roan" in Aintree my oppo decided the best way of getting back to Maghull was by walking down the railway line, not the smartest decision in history, after falling down the embankment a couple of times ...... the consensus was that the roads & pavements were a better option. :rolleyes:
