ahhhhhhhhh i've seen that lady on telly a few times, seen her in accy a few times too, she was in a wheelchair last time i saw her but i have seen her walking too

She lives across the road from us,she can walk with difficulty sometimes and has a specially adapted car so she can drive.
Think she is amazing personally.

Will watch that, read the ladies story and seen her on telly a couple of times. Very nice lady from what I have seen:)

Yes, it's awful what she has to go through but what I always find most amazing is when people get cr*p thrown at them in life how some people rise above it.

i watched that programme tonight,, what a courageous lady, she diddent feel a bit sorry for herself,it makes me feel ashamed when i moan about feeling tired and my feet aching etc,,,she really put my complaints in prospective..i hope she gets good news when she finally has her amputations..

I watch the program last night and it just struck me how lucky we are, what this lass has been through all her life, is hard for anybody else to even contemplate. Even with her condition what a shinning examle she is to every one else, she never seem to let anything get her down, and always seems to be looking positively to the future, and I was quite impressed with her mate as well, who semed to put her own life on hold to help her friend, thats the definition of a true friend

It should have been called the woman with giant amounts of courage and determination.
I hope she can find a surgeon who is willing to give her a chancex

Unfortunately I never got to watch it, also forgot to record it, have never seen her about but I do wish her the best of luck with what she wants to do, certainly sounds like she deserves it
