I remember when we were children my brother and I being really scared by the film 'The Cat and the Canary'.

It was only years later that I discovered that this 'horror film' was actually a black and white comedy, starring Bob Hope.:D

 Why does this not surprise me .. must have been early signs of an artistic brain .. imagining way and beyond what the film meant to portray ... :D

Was a little boy on Chris Evan's show yesterday ... was scared of E.T. Aaaah, E.T. is sweet, but obviously not to this little 'un. :)

The Nightmare on Elm Streets used to scare me. I was only very young then though, way to be young to be watching them really but that never bothered me (may have bothered my parents though if they knew about it ;))

I watched Saw last night on TV ... didn't understand it at all ... mind you, missed first 20 minutes .. Didn't find scary though, except when he was cutting his own leg off .. cringed a bit ... :D

I'm with Egg and Chips on the Edgar Allen Poe films with Vincent Price, only film I walked out of once .. was probably 19 at the time, but just had to bolt.

Good old Eggar Alan Poe, remember seeing that at the Palace in Rhyddings street, when I was about 12, I think it was a double with The Raven:dflam:
