I would be really interested.

And we are not party to what money(if any), Jade donated to charity......she may just have wanted to do that privately.

Have you got some inside information or are you just assuming that she did not benefit any charities?

I see i hasn't taken long has it, the jail bird husband isn't going to miss out, he's going to write a kiss and tell book about his time with Jade. What interests me, is not in what he's doing, but the fact he can actually write in the first place:(

He doesn't have to be able to write, it will be done for him by a "ghost" writer. Some hack, probably employed by Max Clifford, will write it all out, he will read it (if he can read) and agree it and - hey presto! - he's written a book. :rolleyes:

nice to hear that.. if it is true then it will let alot of people down on here that would be happy to slag him off.. and then read the book via the daily mail or whatever means and then stick the boot in. :rolleyes:

Even the assaulted taxi driver in question agreed with the date being moved. He said the Jack should go to jail but not just yet, and that he had the right to say goodbye to his wife.

I dont really warm towards Jack, but we know nothing about what goes on behind closed doors. Maybe Jade told him to write a book? We just don't know. As for her will until official documentation is released then I will be reserving judgement.

Going to prison should mean you are stripped of all freedoms such as funerals of loved ones. That's one of the things that makes it tough. To rearrange his date of being locked up (or any part of the judicial procedure after conviction) is absolutely wrong.

Got to agree with this. People have had to attend funerals in handcuffs, so it does seem very wrong to defer sentencing just because of who he is.

Ain't that always been the case Bernie, like the Lord who had is sentence quashed even though he only got a ridiculous sentence in the first place. Its not what you know its who you know:(

Just to make it clear I don't agree with the ruling that the court date has been moved. He should get treated like everyone else, and not get any special treatment. He did the crime so he must do the time, as the saying goes.
