OK maybe I'm a bit of a misogynist and think/believe a womans prime role should be nurturing and bringing up babies and family (with the help of her husband) . So how many many Accy web users think the BBC televising a womens Boxing match is a 'good" thing and how many of you will tune in to watch it

BBC Sport - BBC to screen inaugural GB Amateur Boxing Championships

Is Boxing a sport for women ? , and should it be televised on the BBC or should it be left to the neanderthals on the Murdoch stations like Sky/Fox which appeals primarily to the mentally deficient ?

my own thoughts , think I prefer to watch the athletic Ladies at Wimbledon and catch a glimpse of a pair of frilly knickers ;) :D :D

Also belive that the first landlord that served a "Pint" to a woman should have been hung ,drawn and quarted ;)

When you take a look at the growing minority of hippo-shaped, bulldog lookalikes that pose as females these days, the depths that these sexless creatures stoop to sink to comes as no surprise. I'm just glad that I'm unlikely to be around to see the results that their spawn will wreak upon future society.

Well it's all to do with equality innit', they have just as much right to beat lumps out of each other as the fellas do & to get paid for it. Sooner in a ring somewhere under control than outside the local on a Saturday night fuelled by vodka & Breezers a totally demeaning site some bloke getting a hiding from some lycra clad Amazon in heels ! Although it doesn't appeal to me personally, I suppose it figures somewhere in some Gentlmans literature for the discerning reader of a certain persuasion. Ah well each to their own I suppose. :rolleyes:

Think you meant "majority" there didn't you stumped th'owd lad, much as I see your point, female boxers are in their way athletes & not your average Saturday night 4 bagger weighing in at 19 stone. In fact I'd go as far as to say some of them are rather pleasing on the eye (when they aren't beating hell out of each other).

Put rather blokeishly, "Mate, I wouldn't climb over them .... to get to you ! :D" Am I being PI here ? Well have a look for yourself & tell me you wouldn't ..... chat to these charming young ladies, OK give or take maybe a Tattoo or too, they're all pretty much the pretty girl from over the street. :)
