i'm moving to Accrington from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. i'm an artist (oils) and computer graphics. i taught biology in the usa and will be a supply teacher in/around Accrington. feel free to say hi!:D

ohhh nooo everytime i go to Accy everyone sings me the "in the blue ridge mountains of virginiaaaaaaaaaa" song!

and i actually HAVE sang the "country roads" song as i was riding on my tractor cutting hay! ermmm yep i guess life will be different in Accrington!

Lived in Virginia myself for a short while .. never got as far as the mountains .. just Roanoke.

I just love the way Americans talk about their travelling distance in time rather than mileage. Was only a day trip Day .. was 'stationed' in South Boston in 2001.
