cheapest room for 21st party

Does anyone know which venue has the cheapest and best room to have my 21st birthday in? And can anyone recommend a good dj?   :)  :P  [smiley=cheers.gif] [smiley=party.gif] [smiley=smokin.gif]

Well Accrington Stanley's room is free - contact the club on 01254 383235, they ask for a deposit of £30, but as long as you and your guests turn up you get this back after the event.  The rooms holds about 140 and you can go and view it before you book it.

Surely more than 140? Got to say I didn't know it was free either. And planning permission is in to extend it ..work is going to start as soon as poss so over the summer hopfully.

Nagh it must be well over 140?

no - i used to work there and they are licensed for 140.  you prob could squeeze in more peeps, but it would be a squeeze!  i had my 18th and 21st there and it was nicely busy at around 120 peeps.

planning permission is in to extend it though, not sure when the work starts but they need to get a move on now we're in the conference!

syudney street in accy  is a good venue for a party also, a good dj is jedi, based in harwood I think
