Who is he?
 

I'm listening to the mystery voices competition on Rock fm, one of the callers mentioned a Chip Chipping, or some similar sounding name. It was an incorrect guess for the caller but does anyone know who Chip Chipping is? He's also dead if that helps. :confused:

I've just checked on IMDB and they don't have any1 of that name on, so i'm stumped because IMDB has never let me down. Unless he's in sports?

There was more info on potato chips than a guy named "Chip Chipping" so just stopped at Charlie Chipping.:o :(

Yeah when I googled him I tried with images to see if I recognised an actors face ..... all I got was golf :rolleyes:

No spug the ginger, tv comedian was for the 2nd voice it was Avid Marion. The first one is Stuart Cable drummer for the Stereophonics. It's the 3rd one they are still looking for. The caller said "Chip Chipping because he's associated." I'm presuming he meant associated with actors because I haven't got my hands on a copy of the Lancashire Evening Post where a clue was posted. It's only for fun from my point of view, I thought the 3rd voice was Danny Jones from McFly but it looks like I'm probably going to be wrong :o

Tried that one ;) no luck :(. The clue is at the bottom of page 3 in Lancashire Evening Post but can I get my hands on a copy.

I've been wrong with each of the other 2 voices, I thought the first one was Ozzy Osbourne it was Stuart Cable, 2nd one I thought was Chris Evans (ginger tv comedian) it was Avid Marion.

Did he sing with anyone else or was it a solo?

I may even be barking up the wrong tree here Spug. I just get the gist that Chip Chipping was an actor and the clue given it the LEP was that it's an actor they are looking for with the 3rd voice.

Yeah but you have a point Red, they put the clues in the local papers for Preston and Wigan ....... what about us? I was going to ring up and give them a proper rollocking but knowing my luck they'd have have aired it over the station again :o

I had a feeling it couldn't be the telegraph as there is just a list of the burnley squad and how much they weigh!!! Can't see that being a clue somehow :p
