It's right panther, what i've been told is that it's going to be the new medicel centre that will house quite a few doctors.

Your right. It's identical to the one on Paradise Street. Brand new houses are to built on the rest of the site by Keepmoat.

Mine isn't, I asked last week, they don't want to be tied to a place that tell them what they can and can't do
(Dixon - Myrtle house on Blackburn Rd)

I was talking to the nurse at my Doctors Surgery about this new centre and she was saying that although eventually the Doctors that use the centre would be sharing the facilities, each surgery would still remain an independent practice within the building so if your Doctor is busy you wouldn't be able to see one of the other Doctors instead.

That was how Peel House started when two or three partnerships moved in together but now no matter who you are registered with it's pot luck who you'll actually get to see when you go.

It will be like Haslingden Health Centre. 3 Doctors surgeries went in there only 2 remain. The other moved out just along the road. There is a treatment room where you can have your dressings changed without bothering the docs or having to go back to the hospital, Chiropodist, Pharmacy and upstairs is the District Nurses offices.
