Probably only going to be out at work's do on 22nd - I can't be bothered with the hassle Christmas Eve & New Years Eve anymore. It's like you said Panther too many **** heads about! (Where do they all come from around Christmas time, I manage to avoid them the rest of the year!)

Between now and Christmas i have a couple of do's, one on the 16th and another on the 23rd. As for Christmas Eve shall be stopping in, still debating New Years Eve. In between undecided.

Christmas Eve i stop in - New Years Eve my sisters normally have a party or they drag me off to their neighbours who's having one and i get invited along. Anyway this year New Years Eve will be spent in the pub £6 for a ticket for disco and buffet. Unless i get a better offer ......... :D

I stay in both of them......

Christmas eve is hectic enough without going out!!! and I have to get up too early for a hang over!

New years eve I usually have a house full of P!ss heads........don't know where they all come from but they always find my house at Christmas even though they can't find it through-out the year :banhat:

Re: christmas and new year?

We're staying home Christmas, then heading up to New England (~8 hour drive) to see relatives and the ocean as well as chow on fresh seafood! We'll be back here before New Years eve which we'll spend with friends or just peacefully at home!

Staying in both I think, definately not out Christmas Eve, I'm Santa this year, New Year doubt it not sure, always a bit of an anti-climax.

Oh sh*te the reason that i can dread this time of year im not bothered as long as i have company especially seeing in the new year :D, all too easy to forget about those spending it alone - until u experience it its a nasty depressing place to be certainly at this time of year, its easy to forget unless u actually experience it then it brings it home - just a thought.
