it was announced today that the local climate in the UK
should no longer be referred to as .......
''English Weather..'

Rather than offend a sizeable portion of the population,
it will now be referred to as
'Muslim Weather.'

In other words -
'partly Sunni, but mostly Shi'ite'

No thanks ... we got lots here ... and it always rains in BC .... however, we do have a week of above zero temps coming up; so, in a few days maybe we will be out of snow ... this means that Kingston has a couple of mountains of sand (grit) sitting there unused ... maybe we could work out a trade.;):D

Jaysay, what is snow? i am walking round in short sleeved tee shirt and thin trousers. Can't say i have missed the snow. :cool:

not many tourists where i live, i live just outside a large village about 5km from the coast, so it is mainly Spanish and expats

if thats the case .. im going and camping out in preston ... theyre only having sleet on thursday .. cant even go to grangemouth - they got heavy snow as well but theyre warmer!!!:D:D:D
