Maybe the answer is "your lips are wet" so wet your fingers before smoking :D

A pretty lace glove will make it look like a smoker has had an intricate Henna design on their hand, as the lace acts as a stencil.;)

Personally I use a pumice stone...gently, so it doesn't take the skin off along with the nicotine.:D

Pumice stone actually does take the skin off, but only the top layer - it just kind if speeds up the natural skin shedding process.

My Dad used to get nictoine stains on his moustache! yuck.

Pumice ... a tried and true method ... I used it when I started smoking ...
