Re: Nintendo Wii
When I was in Argos in Accrington yesterday I'm sure there was a sign up saying they had some in stock but only 1 allowed per customer

By all accounts it's easier to get hold of Rocking Horse poo :)
Keep your eye on this site and see where people report them but you have to be quick by all accounts; Wii's Spotted or Wanted. Please post all availability for the Wii here - Page 184 - MoneySavingExpert.com Forums |

Re: Nintendo Wii
managed to get one from Amazon Germany (shhh, don't tell the kids) £177 inc p&p. Apparently the only difference is the plug. Thanks for your help x:Banane25::Banane25::Banane25::Banane25::Banane25 ::Banane25::not_ripe::not_ripe::Banane25::Banane25 ::Banane25::Banane25::Banane25::Banane25:

Re: Nintendo Wii
The nintendo Wii is region coded will the games you can get here play on the console from Germany? Im not sure without looking what the region code for germany is just a thought!
|
Re: Nintendo Wii
I'm pretty sure they aren't region locked as a friend imports stuff from America all teh time. Even if it is though Europe is usually teh region so this one from Germany will be fine.

Re: Nintendo Wii
Nintendo issued a warning yesterday that there will be a shortage. Perhaps they now know what everyone else seems to have known for months :)
A chronic shortage of Nintendo's popular Wii console could mean disappointment for those putting it at the top of their Christmas list. The BBC has learned that high street retailers are struggling to keep up with demand for the console, which has been in short supply for months. Websites such as Wii-consoles.co.uk have been set up to help shoppers find out when stock becomes available. Nintendo said it was "doing everything possible" to keep up with demand. Its push to fill the shelves in time for Christmas will see it ship an extra 3.5 million consoles globally. It is not known how many extra consoles will make it to UK shelves. |
