Re: child benefit?

ffs..... is child benefit not supposed to help children in poverty? it doesnt make much difference to me now, but when i was a lone parent i needed that money! what about the people who need it....?

Re: child benefit?

Re: child benefit?

This wouldn't have anything to do with those discs full of info going astray would it? Mine goes into the bank and if it hasn't gone in bills will be bouncing!

carl hurles 04-12-2007 09:45

Re: child benefit?

all i kno is that lloyds tsb are having technical probs and are dealing with it and willow your not the only one thats gunna have probs with the bank we will be over drawn tomorow if we dont get anything by then

WillowTheWhisp 04-12-2007 09:52

Re: child benefit?

If it's the bank's fault then they should not bounce any payments nor should they charge for an overdrawn balance.

lloyds tsb would say that to get out of any bank charges you may get for going over drawn

carl hurles 12-12-2007 09:41

Re: child benefit?

well lloyds sorted everyone out with a over draft to cover ppls backs and it was there for 2 days with no charge so i cant see them saying that to cover there backs but i could be wrong

if it wasnt the banks fault why would they go out of their way to give you an overdraft ? , they did it to cover their backs,
