I don't think this is useless, and will actively encourage it by stating that mine will probably be to try to work a bit less, and to get to know some of the lovely people on here a bit better!

I resolve not to wrestle with Polar Bears and Grizzlies, and to give up clubbing baby seals to death ... but I don't think I can give up brain surgery, altho' I might start using a scalpel insted of a chainsaw. Not as messy and more environmentally friendly.

As I enjoyed Christmas so much this year I resolve to take care of my health so that I can do it all over again next year.:)

Mine is to stop eating takeaways and cook the food I have in the freezer instead.
Do the recommended 30 minutes of exercise a day
Try (again) to stop biting my nails.

I have 3, so I always have one to fall back on if I fail :p

Becareful, if you get fat you will have to hate yourself.
Then again you probably hate yourself anyway.
It is a genetic thing that all women hate themselves, those that say they don't are just trying to convince themselves, us men know, we listen to you moaning about it all the time..

But I exercise, therefore I keep a healthy weight :) and I am referring to 'quick' meals like those you put in the microwave, aren't filling, and aren't the best way to keep yourself fed. I intend to eat all proper cooked meals instead of those from a packet.

Weight watchers seems complicated, my friend at college was on it and she'd go on about the points she was eating. Dont think I could keep track of that. Do you have to weigh out your food and things like that?

2 - To get rid of all the useless or unused stuff lying around the house.
