Anyone know when its open again? Need to go have words about my jsa, that was supposed to go in before christmas and didnt (still hasnt), got loads of bank charges and bills to pay and had to be skint over christmas, so need to have words with them. Anyone know?

I would think it ought to be open again tomorrow as they should only have been closed for the bank holiday shouldn't they? Hope you get sorted out with the money. Bank charges are a pain.

Yeah it should be pretty easy to sort out. Going to attempt to claim back ALL the bank charges i have had ever. Been reading up on it and it sounds very straight forward. Will ring jobcentre in morning find out if they are open.

No its not open today thursday
my brother is due to sign on but does not need to they said they ware closed
