Hi all, as you are all prob aware ive been trying too loose weight for a while now.
So ive decided to raise some money for Diabetes UK & also Cancer Research.
As im a Diabetic my self, i lost my mum 2yrs ago due to Diabetic related illnesses and my mother in law died of a raire form of bone cancer.
So i feel im doing something worth while & also a BIG motivation for me to lose the weight too lol.
Ive started to build my own web page for the cancer reaserch
Justgiving - emma wilson's Fundraising Page

and ive down loaded some info for the diabetic uk.

i have also spoke to my leader at slimming and she is 100 % behind me and will be logging my weight each week :o

Just wanted peoples thoughts on this ??

Good idea, it will help keep you in the right frame of mind, and raise valuable funds at the same time, I will pm my donation, and you will have to let me know where to send it, we don't spend online unfortunately.

Site out of action at the moment Howarth .. doing some maintenance work, but will try after been to Supermaket.

You realise you will have to give us the gory details .. like how much you weigh now, etc .... :D

Well ive just calculated i need to loose 36Ib to get to my target weight of 11 stone, as im now 13stone 6 pound

Hi all just thought I would post this weeks results, as it was weighing in night lol !! Drum roll plzzzzz lol o lost 3 and a half pound this week :)

and my freind who has joined me for the 1st time this week ( shaz you know who lol ) had lost 5 pound :rolleyes:

so I will keep up the good work :)
and post again nxt week

I started a diet just over 2 weeks ago

Starting weight 15 stone 5

Current weight 14 stone 5

:D Only another stone to go.........
