Drama Classes/Groups

Does anyone know of any good Drama classes for children.

My lad is very much interested in starting a Drama Group. He is 10 years old
( 11 in may )

Any info would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

One of our lot brought a leaflet home a few weeks ago for a theatre group in Haslingden they were interested in attending. I've just asked where the leaflet is and amazingly it's been found :D

Cotton Shed theatre company Workshops to be held at Tor View school on Monday evenings. Call 07933 737696 or email [email protected]

That will be enough to put you off then Slinks, your kids won't know what they mean when some Burnley kid put his hand in the air and says "gimme 6"

I'M HERE :ello:

As it happens Junior Sparks will be running through June/July/August with a final performance in early September. Junior Sparks is for ages 8 - 11 (must still be 11 on 31st August 08.

It will be run as an after school club (at the Civic theatre in Ossy) so probably 4pm - 5.30pm, not sure which nights yet, until the summer holidays then may be one or two afternoons a week.

As you can possibly tell, we haven't got the exact details sorted out but if you want to register interest now you can do.

You may be used to one eyed people running around Burnley but most of us have two eyes in these parts.

Yeah, he's a right little performer at home :) Might as well get him out, doing something he enjoys.

He asked me last week about starting a Drama club... and for the life in me I couldn't think where there was any.
