Toilets
Strange question (sorry) but I know one of you out there will be able to give me an answer to this:
When I had my new bathroom fitted, I questioned the inspector as the lid will not lift off my "cistern" thingie at the back of the toilet (technical description that!!) I wanted to put them loo-blue efforts in. I was told that you are not meant to be able to lift them off so just said oh ok. Later wondered if this was right or not, what if there was a problem and a plumber needed to get to the bits inside?? Should you be able to lift the lid off?? Please can someone tell me, I want blue water :D |

Re: Toilets
It will come off but you will have to put it back together again! we have fitted our own and it was a pain in the backside !!!! they are not made to be lifted. because the inside is conected to the flush buttons for the short flush/long flush.

Re: Toilets
Hmmm, it has a lid and it moves slightly but i cant lift it off. Was just curious really, also not sure how they will be able to fix it (as my flush button keeps sticking!)
I was only asking a question about my loo, am already aware of what chemicals are used in detergents etc which is why I am selective in what I use, especially for and around the boys (have previously worked as a lab technician) |
Re: Toilets
