also according to those rules listed that muslim mother whos kid accidently ate ham on a piza at school last year had no right to complain as it was accidently consumed and is covered in those rules

Leather is a material created through the tanning of hides and skins of animals, primarily cattlehide. The tanning process converts the putrescible skin into a durable, long-lasting and versatile natural material for various uses.
Just looked it up because i was sure leather came from cows and found this hope it helps!

up scotland they dont get leather from cows

they get it from cooows :)

I thought the hide that comes from the cows was what leather was made from?!

Leather can come from a few animals, am guessing its what the "processed hide" is called, but back when I used to work in furniture, when a hide was requested from a supplier then it was always from a coz, never had a sheep hide before


but saying that, i do have a nice lamb skin rug :D

Pigskin is used too - recognisable by the tiny holes where hair bristles were
