OH come on girls, its my birthday, wait a minute in about two hours from now, and I get the same every year, "what do you want for your birthday"
well this year I ain't got a clue, so tomorrow its pot luck, so just be imaginative. Its easy for us guys we just stuff some cash in an envelope and say get yourself something. The guys will agree you can't go out and buy the other half a pressy, let them buy their own, we're different, we're gust greatful for what we get. amen:D

Get him a new power tool for his cellar workshop, or a kettle a comfy chair and some books for down there :)

If he can't be fagged to come up with anything he wants I suggest you buy him some hankies, preferably the old biddy ones with his initial embroidered in the corner.

I threatened to do this to my hubby one year when he was umming and ahhing about what he wanted.

He soon came up with several suggestions. :D

Ian never knows what he wants and is the most difficult person ever to buy for, so I hardly ever buy him anything. I let him pick his own present when he sees something he wants.

Where’s the surprise if you have to come up with your own Birthday present :confused:

You should listen to the person thru the year, take little hints etc.

There must have been some point or other when you hear someone say …I wish I had …..whatever

Are women any better than men at these things ? If they are, maybe it's because they have a neverending list of their wants :D

What about a ring? Or a new shirt? Or some aftershave?

Or what about making him a box up which contains his favourite things.........like chocolate, biscuits etc if you don't have much cash?

I think there are some great fashion watches about now Pam .. doesn't have to be gold, silver any more ... think these look naff anyway. Not too expensive, in loads of different colours and styles, at most high street stores.
