Mouldy Bread
 
For the last few weeks most of the bread i have bought has gone mouldy either on the sell by date or just before, prior to this it was lasting well beyond the date.........i have tried various brands of bread....so i`m thinking of conspiracy theories,what are they doing to my bread...?.....or can anyone help me out..?:confused:

never have a problem, always buy Warburtons, its dear but good, then depends how long yer loaf lasts in summer, pop it in freezer if its gonna be a while n take out 30 mins before ya want it.;)

its all about what "Grade" of flour n all that crap, the cheapos use low grade.;)

I make my own so it doesn't contain preservatives.
I slice and freeze what I know I'm not going to need next day.
It helps to store bread in the fridge overnight.

Its the same with veggies pip. Keep them in the fridge as well, it retains their vits by an incredible amount (cant remember the exact). Toms taste better if they have been out of the fridge for a couple of hours and they will be much more juicy.

I wouldn't have anything but Warbies cashy, and I always keep mine in the freezer, I only take out the number of slices I want at any one time, put them separately on the work top and its defrosted in less than 5 minutes;)
