I didnt think palm readers were anything like fortune tellers, i am sure I have read that palm readers are trained to read the 'tell tale lines' in your palm, seeing as you can probably get all the info off the web, why pay someone to do it?

I went to a psycic night and had a personal reading, cost me an extra £25 or something like (on top of the ticket) and ive never heard so much rubbish in my life, sounds convincing but couldnt be any further away from the truth, she did it with numbers or something if i remember right but listened to the tape just before i moved house a just binned it, it was utter tosh

I've seen some good ones over the year, and a lot of what they say has been accurate.

I think people read into it what they will.

Everyone seems sceptical on here, does anyone actually believe in them?

Are there any good ones in Accy? Me and some friends want to see one, but have no idea about Accy. Sadly the one I saw in Preston and Manchester I lost touch with yonks ago and haven't seen once since.

Amazingly enough you can even get them on Ebay - yes I know I'm sad for looking - I was just curious honest!

I do believe, well in a way, but the one i saw was just pants. Told me i had met the one and would have a long happy marriage / life together - 5 months later i was filing for divorce, told me I had a daughter - I have twin boys, the only thing she did say was that i would have car problems and yes the alternator did pack in on my car a couple of weeks after but that must have been co-incidental (and i knew it was not happy a week or two before i went lol)

Re: Palm Reader

I've seen a few. I saw James Byrne, he was fairly well known when I lived in Bolton. He old me things no one would ever have known which I found quite scary.

Then I saw a guy who lived in Preston. Now when we went to see him there were 3 of us and it was my first ever visit to a psychic so all the way there we were discussing who would go in first.

Now my friend always believed she had a guardian angel. (Make of it what you will) but apparently (and again make of it what you will ) he lived in her bathroom! Now he was called George. I can't remember all the details now it was so long ago, but apparently her niece wouldn't ever go in the bathroom.

Anyway, all the way to this psychic we were discussing who would go in first. I was to go in second, with my friend with the guardian angel George would go in first etc.

When we got there, the first thing he said was "now I know this is not how you planned it, but this George won't leave me alone".

Now that totally freaked me out.

Anyway, my nan had recently died and he told me all the details of that and the things I had put in her coffin which he wouldn't have known.

The weird thing was he used to "talk" to "spirits" over your shoulder which was really freaky but he was so good and a lot of what he said has come true.

Don't get me wrong I'm still sceptical but I do believe there are some genuine ones out there, its just finding the right one.
