I've known Andrewb most of my life so he's never a shock.

I met Pam1 the other day and she was lovely. I met Margaret Pilkington earlier and wasn't entirely sure what I was expecting, perhaps someone older.

I expect a lot of you to be old miserable sods actually, so it is always a pleasant surprise to see that you are lovely and smiley :D
