Could try a layer of mustard underneath, plus cayenne pepper and, of course, the Worcester too. That'll liven it up .. Can be all mixed in with some butter too. That may liven it up a bit.

I'll tell ya whats good, bacon & cheese on toast.....hmmmmm

Or BBQ chicken with bacon and cheese.....trouble is its not very good for the waist-line :(

The only cheese that works for me, toasted, is mature Canadian Cheddar - the sort that's strong enough to bite back. I love it with baked beans for lunch. :)

I love Stilton but I can't have it toasted - it looks like snot when you do. :D

Cave matured or vintage Cheddar, (Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company ), with either Tabasco Sauce or cracked black pepper.
