A long shot...

This may be a long shot but I can hope! I'm after all council tax increase figures from 1999/2000 to 2008/2009. I've got all the actual increases, all the conservative proposals and most of the labour proposals.

I can't find 2005/2006 or 2001/2002 budget proposals from Labour. The minutes mention them but don't state what they are!

If anyone knows them please let me know,
