Help.... Does anyone know a good Chiropodist?

Can anybody reccommend a good, local, Chiropodist? I need urgent help.

Sadly, my nursing experience is limited when it comes to feet, I can't stand them. Unfortunately, I have either an ingrowing toenail or an infected nail bed and it is very painful. I was sent home from work as I was unable to wear shoes and walk at the same time...:)

After a visit to Urgent Care where they jabbed into my toe with a blade and attempted to lance it, I am reluctant to get it seen again, as it is so sore. I am already on antibiotics for it but I seriously think that the nail needs to come off.

If any of you have visited a local Chiropodist who you can reccommend, please could you post their details on here, as I am getting desperate now and need to get back to work.:)

I get free NHS chiropody and at my last appointment she told me that there is a
emergency chiropody service operating at the Pals health centre.
It isn't a 24 hr service so you will need to phone beforehand to arrange the visit

Thanks Margaret,

I have managed to get an emergency appointment at Warner St today. I am hoping that the nail doesn't have to come off, but to be honest, it is so sore at the moment that they could chop my toe off if it would get rid of the pain..
