Help

Can any one tell me where I can get hold of one of those heat pads that you warm up in the microwave, I've a rather painful neck at the moment and have been advised to use one of these pads to see if it helps

Argos do an electric one but if you google heat pads there are loads of them for sale on line.

Most supermarkets do a tempoaray chemical type pad too Jaysay. One saved my life during a sciatic episode recently.

they are selling wheat bags for a couple of quid in home bargains, i used one for back pain when i was pregnant, might be able to get you one dropped off tonight if you want?
