I worked a while ago with a woman from washington who had got married and moved here and totally loved it. As for lunactic drivers im sure you get that everywhere in the world so i wouldnt think much of that, but i hope they get caught and banned.

Don't know about the gang. What area was he walking from? Where did it happen and what part of accrington are you thinking of staying in. Since the skate park is in town could it be you are residing in the 'woodnook' area..... just wondering That place should be sectioned off and renamed District 9. I haven't really heard of gangs of lads but then again they dont often target others than kids.... anyway accrington is just as good as any place i suppose but why you would move from america to here is beyond me.....can we swap? :D

Another good thing about Accrington is that you're highly unlikely to be shot and killed, as unlike some places in the world, drive-by shootings are unheard of, and thankfully firearms are rarely seen.

that will never happen and thats why theres so much crime because scum know that the chances of getting caught are slim to none and if caught no real deterants are in place to make any effect on crime unless of course you are a victim of crime and decide to defend yourself and then the full force of the law will fall upon you like a ton of bricks :rolleyes:
