Flex & Fitness Gym, Victoria Street, Accy
 

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has been to or uses regularly the Flex and Fitness gym on victoria street. I'm currently looking for a gym to go to and this is the closest one to my house.

I believe they also run Kickboxing classes and was wondering if anyone had attended any of those either?

Can anybody give me a little more info on opening times and any other classes they run, please?

If you want kickboxing then the other nearest place to you is fit to fight. They are open all week but the main training nights are Tuesday & Thursday

Yeah I know about them Dave, a few people I know go there but I wanted something that wasn't quite as busy. I believe the guy that does the kickboxing at flex was one of the guys that originally opened fit to fight.

Not massively interested in the kickboxing persay, just noticed it was on there.
