National Minimum Wage?
just trawling through the jobs and i came across this job, how can they get away with not paying the national minimum hourly rate?

The pay for this job is within the minimum hourly rate
The current rates are: •£5.93 - the main rate for workers aged 21 and over •£4.92 - the 18-20 rate •£3.64 - the 16-17 rate for workers above school leaving age but under 18 •£2.50 - the apprentice rate, for apprentices under 19 or 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship |

thats ridiculous, the under 21 will be doing the job of an over 21, same hours and such

when i was 16, i was on a YTS, i was earning £29.50 a week, for doing 40 hours

when 15 i was on £2-50 a week fer 5 days plus 3 hrs overtime on friday, oh the overtime pay was Fish n Chips, yahs don't know yer born.:D
