Does any one have any information on the Rhoden drift entrance to townbent pit? I believe it was from here that colliers from Aspen pit got out after the 1912 flooding of aspen.Also any information on the White syke drift entrance into the townbent workings

There is a book, writen by Jack Nadin I think, about East Lancashire Coalmines. I cannot find my copy.There will be a copy in Accrington Local Studies library and may be one in Ossie library.
