House to rent in Huncoat or nearby?

Does anyone know of a house to rent in Huncoat or very nearby please? We are desperate to move but estate agents charge so much with all their admin fees!

If anyone knows of a nice 2/3 bedroom house, we would be very grateful.

I wish we were in a position to buy :(

If you could sell it on a no deposit scheme at around £400.00 a month we could probably do it, and would bite your hand off! :)
