Amongst posibilities are the Gas Board offices on Hyndburn Rd, the Electricity Works in Electricity St, the Grammar School ( though I cannot recall there being such a stone) It ought not to be in private hands. Have any council schools been knocked down? There would be such stones at the various waterworks stations. The abbatoir, the stables in Moreton St.

I wonder how much that is not supposed to be in private hands, sadly ends up there.

I was looking at photographs of the old Ossy Urban Council chamber today, and was wondering where all that stuff ended up.
