Well, I've got a few galvenised nails and a hammer, can do it FOC so long as you make it a Saturday and bring some saw dust to keep the carpet clean in the Railway.

My daughter had her ears done there recently, it cost her (me!!) £6.
The stall is in the market hall.

I remember doing that-either myself or my father, on a loose tooth which we couldn't wiggle out.
You need strong carpet thread- if you use cotton and it breaks without the tooth coming out you won't fancy a second try.

My gran did that with me ... after threatening with a pair of rusty pliers ... and such a kind gentle woman. Only twice did she try to kill me: once when I ate her whole weeks cheese ration; and again when I dropped my grandad's medals down the grate.

A girlfriend did my ear piercing. I didn't feel a thing because she (continued in the over 18s where I'm not allowed.;))

The lady in the inside Market is fine for ear lobe piercings but don't get the top of your ear done there, she does it with a gun and it shatters the cartilage, needs to done with a needle. (speaking from painful experience)
