Pilks buses

Is it true that this firm previously lost their licence due to dubious driver activities? Stood at hare&hounds bus stop and I stuck my hand out and the bus sped past what was way too fast for passing a bus stop and heading towards traffic lights of which, coincidentally where on green.

Also these buses in the morning block the road as the drivers discuss life together. Two of those + spot on and the m&m bus can't get past... Grrr

Think their licences were suspended due to the state of the vehicles Rob not the drivers behaviours.
I've always thought they use the same mechanics as. err Max Cabs.

I honestly don't know how any of the locally owned buses comply with todays safety and use regulations, same with a lot of taxi,s and especially private hire ones, safer to walk.
