Crocodile meat is lovely, it has the texture of pork and tastes similar to chicken. I love kangaroo meat and usually buy it from the fella who comes to Accy food festival.

It has to be served rare otherwise it goes tough during cooking as there is hardly any fat in it. It tastes quite similar to venison so it is quite a strong meat but I love it. If you are not a fan of rare meat then kangaroo is not for you :D

I've never had ostrich but would give it a try :-)

Na that weren't fair- his dad throwin his mam ont't fire!
My dad always said as we only had a fire once a week we had to share it. If he threw mam on she'd get warmer than't rest of us.
He alus said fairest way were throw her out't front door int't snow drifts then t'other 9 of us could get warmer. He were alus fair, my dad.
