I think the "wolf whistle" is more a cheeky chappy thing (even if it is quite Neanderthalic behaviour).
Ladies seem to have higher standards (anything with meat and two veg doesn't make the grade) the men have a certain calibre of surface talent for women to start this sort of behaviour (built like a brick lavvy).....

....Unless, of course, its been a while.....but thats what Ann summers and the likes are for :D

You've got plenty of hair- it just grows in the wrong places!
