Chaigley Trust
 
At the last meeting of Hyndburn Council, apparently one of the councillors asked a question about the Chaigley Trust (the old Chaigley Manor charity). He said there has been a lot of discussion on social media about it.

I can't find anything about it. Anyone got any ideas where I should look?

Seems the "scrutiny committee" is the place to ask, Bernards usually correct if he says owt.;)

There was a discussion about it on Facebook recently which is why the questions were asked
