what's the best app for video conference especially when we use it in the office? Thanks!

1 to 1 or 1 to many?
Is interaction required between all involved or is it just 1 presenter, many watching?

Have you looked at skype?

Do you need video? or is it verbal discussions?
Have a look at Discord, gotomeeting, teamviewer.
