Looking 4 Dorothy, Nick or Nicky Henderson
 

My name is John Yates and I am looking for my Aunt and/or her family. I believe her birth name was Dorothy Yates and later married Nick Henderson. They had a son together who they named Nicky and they lived in Blackpool the last I knew of them in the 1960's. My father moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada as an adult where he met and married my mother Helen Aelick. They had my sister Linda Lou (AKA Georgie) in 1953 and myself in 1955. My cousin Nicky would be close in age to me and my sister.

Aunty Dot was the only sibling to her brother, James (Jim) Henry Yates (my father). My father was born to Eliza Yates (nee Morton?) and John Yates on March 22, 1923. At the time they lived at 20 Scaitcliffe St, Accrington, Lancashire. James and Dorothy Yates father, "John", worked as a labourer at Textile Machine Works. My father Jim died in Toronto on January 26, 1967.
