Brockhall Hospital Info on a patient please
 

I am trying to locate any information on my uncle John Ward who was a patient at Brockhall in the late '50s until his untimely death at the age of 28 on 6 December 1963. He suffered from epilepsy this is why he was at Brockhall. I would like to obtain any info I can on my uncle. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
