125cc Motorbike for sale
 

Hi guys, I've had this bike for a while now, its a Lifan Hongda 125cc motorbike on a Y plate. Only 172 miles on the clock, my cbt ran out a couple of months after getting this bike and I've never had the spare £80 to do it again.

Its been standing for a little while, so it'll need a service, also needs tax(£15) and an MOT. Sorry no owners manual or service book.

Any genuine offer considered, would make a great first bike for someone, or a good cheap way to commute.

You say it needs and MOT??? How old is it? MOT only needed when 3 years old....

Stood for 5 years......... needs a bit more than a service... full oil change, all grease renewing , petrol draining/carb cleaning or you are asking to be unreliable.

These are decent cheap bikes as you get a lot of bike for the cash(Check ebay for price of a new one)

Where on here does it say its been stood for 5 years? Its a Y reg not been stood since Y!!!


Its been run regularly until my CBT ran out not so long since.

It still started first time until about 6 weeks ago its just been stood long enough for the battery to die and the fuel to go off!

By the way what do you think they do in a good bike service?

that tells me its been stood for 5 years.

if you don't specify it they only change engine oil/plugs/and oil and air filters. nowt else gets done and a bike stood that long needs proper 'awakening' or it will soon start chewing bearings etc

I've only been playing with bikes for ~27 years so what do I know...........
